• Confirming curses, psychic attacks, entities, or supernatural threats as established facts

• Tracking, monitoring, locating, stalking, or accessing private information

• Requests involving minors

• Replacement of police, legal, medical, safeguarding, or emergency assistance

If an order contains a restricted request, the customer may be asked to replace it with an appropriate intention focused on personal protection, boundaries, emotional release, clarity, or recovery.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Because each ritual is individually prepared using the information supplied by the customer, cancellation requests should be submitted before preparation begins.

After preparation or performance of the personalized ritual has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

After the ritual has been completed and the digital completion package has been delivered, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable consumer law or where the purchased service was not delivered as described.

The absence of punishment, exposure, apology, legal action, professional consequences, relationship changes, or another desired result does not by itself mean that the ritual service was not delivered.

Disagreement with the written observations or dissatisfaction with a spiritual interpretation does not by itself mean that the purchased service was not performed.

Failure to provide the required information may delay the service and does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.
