At SPIRITUM HERBA SHOP, all products and services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We do not ship physical items by post or courier.

All digital products, spiritual services, readings, and custom orders are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer at checkout, or through another digital method stated in the product description.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the type of product or service purchased. The estimated timeframe for delivery is listed on each product page. If no specific timeframe is stated, orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.

For custom or personalized services, delivery times may be longer depending on the nature of the order. If additional time is required, we may contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the email address entered at checkout is correct and accessible. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect contact information provided by the customer.
